What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered software solutions.
• Contribute to software architecture and technical design decisions.
• Automate DevOps and infrastructure workflows.
• Stay current with advancements in AI productivity tools and infrastructure.
• Continuously improve developer experience and teamwork efficiency.

What We Expect

• Strong programming skills with Python, TypeScript, Docker, and familiarity with AI productivity tools.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, Claude, or Llama.
• Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).
• Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning language models.
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Understanding of NLP concepts and techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean, Vercel).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
